Ge33 Terms & Conditions –
Complete Platform User Guide

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ge33 website, the ge33 mobile app, and all services provided under the ge33.vin domain.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the ge33 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player on the ge33 platform.
• "Funds" refers to the cash or credits held in a Player's ge33 account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits, free spins, or other benefits offered by ge33 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a Player must wager their bonus funds before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process used to verify a Player's identity.

Any reference to "we", "ge33", or "Platform" in this document refers to the ge33 platform operator. Any reference to "you" or "Player" refers to the individual using the platform.

Use of the ge33 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. ge33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration and use of the platform.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country where laws prohibit participation in online gambling activities.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently subject to any ban or restriction on using the ge33 platform due to a previous terms violation.
• Using the platform for personal benefit and not on behalf of any third party.

To fully access ge33 services, Players are required to register a personal account. Registration is free and can be completed via the ge33 website or app.

Upon registration, Players agree to:

• Providing information that accurate, complete, and up to date including full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your account information secure and do not share your password with any third party.
• Notify ge33 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
• Only registering one account only — holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds forfeited.

Ge33 reserves the right to verify a Player's identity through a KYC process at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding set limits. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a government-issued ID, bank statement, and proof of current address.

Accounts registered with false or unverifiable information may be suspended or closed without prior notice. ge33 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

Ge33 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for Players' convenience. All deposits are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption technology.

• All deposits must use a payment method that registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Ge33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose their own charges.
• Failed deposits due to technical issues or insufficient balance on the Player's end are entirely the Player's responsibility.
• Ge33 reserves the right to decline deposits from sources that are suspicious or cannot be verified as belonging to the Player.

Ge33 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Your winnings belong to you, and we ensure the process is as simple and seamless as possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 minutes via DuitNow and the registered eWallet.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or eWallet that the same as the deposit method used.
• Prior to the first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, KYC verification may be required.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, ge33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while an investigation is carried out.

Ge33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal Players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the respective promotions page.

General conditions applicable to all ge33 bonuses:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement which must be met before a withdrawal is permitted – this requirement is typically between 5x and 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another player or directly exchanged for cash.
• Ge33 reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through fraudulent means or abuse of the promotions system.
• In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply.
• All bonuses have expiry date – check the respective promotion's terms for the validity period.

All games available on the ge33 platform are operated in accordance with the respective game rules set by each game provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results are final and determined by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, ge33 will make a fair decision based on system records. In certain cases, affected rounds may be voided and bets refunded.
• Ge33 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by the game provider and may vary.
• Live Casino games are broadcast in real time, and their outcomes and rules are governed by the respective Live Casino provider.

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the ge33 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate action against the account:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Secretly cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly in table games and poker.
• Money Laundering: Using the ge33 platform as a channel to launder money or transfer funds from illegal sources.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Promotion Abuse: Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts or other circumvention methods.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted sections of the platform or another player's account.

A ge33 account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the Player's Request: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the ge33 support team. All eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the review.
• Terms Violation: ge33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if a Player breaches any term in this document.
• Fraud or Illegal Activity: Accounts involved in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity will be closed immediately and funds may be seized.
• Responsible Gaming: At the Player's own request, an account may be subject to gaming limits, voluntary time-outs, or full self-exclusion.

Once an account has been closed due to a violation, the Player is not permitted to re-register a new account using the same or different information without written consent from ge33.

Ge33 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by the Player as a result of normal game outcomes determined by a fair RNG system.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures beyond ge33's control, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised third-party access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment service providers.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the ge33 platform.

Ge33 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions or errors. However, we continuously strive to maintain an uptime of 99.9%.

Ge33 takes Player privacy very seriously. The collection, use, and protection of Players' personal data are carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy ge33 which forms part of this agreement.

• Players' personal data is collected solely for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.
• Ge33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between a Player's device and ge33 servers.
• Player's personal information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without the Player's consent.
• Ge33 may share certain data with relevant authorities if required by law or court order.

• Ge33 will endeavour to notify Players of material amendments via in-platform notifications or the registered email address.
• Continued use of the ge33 platform after any amendments are published constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms.
• Players are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.
• If a Player disagrees with any amendments made, they must cease using the platform and contact the support team to proceed with account closure.
